MyBAK, written in 2004 by WJC Internet will backup multiple databases and simply run in the windows system tray hapily until the next scheduled backup. MyBAK is easy to configure and uses very little system resources - you will hardly notice it is running. MyBAK will work even if your host does not allow external connections to the MySQL database as it uses its own backup agent written in Perl. But dont worry - if you have never set up a Perl script in your life, it does not matter - MyBAK will even do that for you
