Parameterised Reports
Standard reports, such as file duplicates, agent drive summary, file type distribution, un-accessed files, wasted space and others, may be customized through varying a range of parameters such as drives or machines, and file metadata.
Interactive Sessions
Interactive sessions allow for the bulk management of files according to a wide range of parameters. These sessions provide the basic mechanism to get control of unstructured data on the network.
Scheduled Tasks
File Management Automation is achieved through Scheduled Tasks. All scheduled file operations are logged at the individual file level, so that an audit trail exists.
